The address of your sale on a list 2. A map of all the sales 3. A short description of your sales (20 words or less) 4. Yard Sign indicating your participation. Fee must be paid prior to Friday August 4th to be included in the listing. |

2023 Stanley Rodeo Days Parade You are cordially invited to participate in the annual Stanley Rodeo Days Parade sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce.
DATE: Saturday June 17th 2023
Time 2:00pm (Line up starts at 12:00 All entrants should be in place by 1:45 pm)
Queen's Tea @ 11:00-12:00 Location Stanley Historical Society (located on Halgerson Street)
Kiddie Parade @ 1:45pm (Sponsored By Tom's Stanley Bar & Bowl-Line up at the old Don Smiths Building)
Grand Parade @ 2:00pm

FREE- Visiting Royalty & Non-Profit Organizations (with proof of non-profit 501c3 status)
$20 non-political business units
$30 political units
Make Checks Payable to Stanley Area Chamber of Commerce or Venmo @SCOC(please include the name of your unit in the comments when sending via venmo.)
Your application is accepted unless you are notified differently. Your number will be assigned by the Chamber of Commerce based on placement and spacing of other units in the parade.
How to pick up your parade number: On the day of the parade please pull onto Pine Street (near city hall and A&W restaurant there will be members of the fire department and parade committee members there to give you the number your unit has been assigned. AFTER 1:45 YOU WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE PARADE LINE UP AREA AND WILL BE PLACED AT THE END OF THE PARADE due to late arrival. Larger entries will be staged at:[location TBA]. The parade begins at 2pm sharp please be in place and on time.
Due to safety please be mindful of how your unit is throwing candy. If throwing it from a mobile unit use underhand motion or have walkers with your unit to safely hand out candy or other articles. Safety is our main concern. Please be aware of your surroundings when entering a unit in the parade. Please if using animals make sure that they are secured to a person at all times. We look forward to having you in this year's parade!

Parade Route Starts on Oak Street and turns right onto South Broadway Street. The route continues down and makes a left turn onto W 4th Ave.
